From Group Manager, Bowden Brompton Community Centre…

Dear David, Pat and Kirstie

On behalf of the Bowden Brompton Community Centre I am writing to thank all of three of you and your team for the wonderful and professional service you have been providing.

For years the Bowden Brompton Community Centre had been talking about updating their website. For years different people had attempted without success and other professionals were simply too expensive. Pat advised me to contact you to see if our website could be updated. I found the whole process very simple and results were almost instant!

We are very pleased with the website to date and I will continue to edit it and develop it over time. It’s reassuring to know your technical support is only an email or phone call away, without having to wait like you do with large organisations.

Now the Centre is experiencing similar customer service from Pat who does the Community Centre bookkeeping and Kirstie who is assisting the Community Centre with event management projects.

Well done team, I’ll recommend you to anyone in need of your skills and service from now on.

Dogs Big Day Out

In May 2012, the Bowden Brompton Community Centre engaged the services of ODL Events Management to organise a large community event here in the Western region of Adelaide. The event known as the ‘Dogs Big Day Out’ was an event which worked in partnership with two other organisations.

The ‘Dogs Big Day Out’ was held at the Fitzroy Community Club on the 16 September. The event attracted such personalities as Simon Bryant and Racheal Leahcar.

ODL Events looked after everything, enabling the event to be a success on the day. We were impressed by ODL Events ability to work closely with all organisations in the lead up to the event. In addition, ODL Events were able to work within the tight budget allocated for the occasion.

Clearly their experience and knowledge ensured all Legislative requirements were met on the day. We acknowledge the difficulty and enormity such an event posed, especially working with 3 organisations at the same time. ODL Event Management made it look easy. Without their experience and ability to relate and communicate at all levels, we doubt the community event would have been successful?

I have no hesitation in recommending ODL Events for future initiatives, whether large or small in future. Thank you ODL Events Management for understanding our business and demonstrating an ability to deliver a prompt and efficient service.

Tour Down Under 2013

Snapper point TDU 2013 was a great success from a stallholders point of view. The event was well run and smoothly organised, everything we needed was in place. A lot of work seemed to have been done in getting the crowds to attend and we would have no hesitation about being part of another event run by the same crew. A very successful day.

West Beach Aviation Group 50th Anniversary

Planning our 50th Anniversary was made easier for our group because we allowed the team from ODL Events to prepare everything to do with catering. Kirstie and her team did a fantastic job organizing people to serve, the caterers as well as cleaning up. We had so many questions, but the team from ODL events came through on the night. I would recommend Kirstie and the team to anyone that has an event. Well Done.
